What We Do

We provide support via email, social media, face to face or phone.  We also provide courses for autistic individuals and their families.  These are commissioned by the NAS and are run on a regular basis.  We provide a support center and resource library, information line and termly newsletter, whilst working closely with other organisations.  The National Autistic Society CWAC support center is based in the grounds of Greenbank school in Northwich, playing an integral part in our branch.  The support center is currently open by appointment, mainly on a Wednesday during term time.  Here you can browse our resources, have a drink and chat with our volunteers.  We can help signpost you to helpful resources, other agencies that we work closely with or just sit and listen.  As part of our branch, we are also involved in a number of strategic groups, making sure that the voice of autistic individuals, as well as their families are heard.  We campaign for Cheshire West and Chester to become a place where autistic children and adults are valued, feeling fully included in their communities.
