The phone line goes to an answer machine. Messages are picked up on a regular basis but it might be several days before one of our parent volunteers is able to respond to your query. We provide a signposting service to organisations that can support you and your family as well as information about what we do.

We have a drop in service at our Autism Support Hub and Resource Library in Northwich every Wednesday in term-time. Branch volunteers will be available to answer your queries there between 10am and 2.00pm.

AUTISM SUPPORT HUB AND RESOURCE LIBRARY
Our Support Hub and Resource Library is for parents, professionals and individuals on the autistic spectrum or involved with children and adults on the autistic spectrum. The Hub is located at Rosebank School , Barnton and is housed at The Bungalow within the school’s grounds, The library show-cases a collection of books, DVDs, CD’s, visual aids, sensory toys and other useful tools to support individuals or anyone caring for someone with autism, Asperger’s or other learning or sensory difficulty.
The Support Hub is staffed by parent volunteers and is open every Wednesday in term time 10am and 2.00pm. You can also make an appointment to visit on another week day. Membership of the library is available via an annual fee. The cost for an individual membership is £10 a year or £25 per annum for professionals.
